I’m Zak, a fulfilment and operations consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce logistics and warehouse management.
Before starting ZR Ecom Ops & Fulfilment Consulting, I gained valuable experience working in warehousing for large multinational companies as well as running and improving warehouse operations inside fast-moving ecommerce businesses. This combination means I understand the realities of both corporate-scale logistics and the fast-paced challenges faced by growing ecommerce brands.
